-배송 전 취소, 교환은 가능합니다. (배송후에는 불가)



Can I exchange or return products after delivery?

-Except in the case of incorrect delivery by our company, OWN FEATURE COLOUR.OFC overseas delivery cannot be exchanged or returned after a shipment has begun, so please make a careful purchase decision. 

-Cancellation or exchange is possible before delivery. (Not available after delivery)



해외배송은 비용이 얼마인가요?

-주문 상품의 무게에 따라 배송료가 다르게 청구되며, 우체국 EMS 국제 배송 기준표에 따라 중량, 품목 수 및 환율을 추가하여 자동 설정됩니다. 

 제품 비용을 지불하면 운송 비용이 함께 지불됩니다. 

-수령 국가에 따라 배송료, 보험료가 다르게 청구되며 주문 결제 시 자동 설정됩니다.

*국제 배송은 수입세, 관세 및 관세가 부과 될 수 있으며, 모든 관련 수수료는 구매자 부담입니다.

How much does overseas shipping cost? 

-Depending on the weight of the ordered product, a different shipping fee is charged, and it is automatically set by adding the weight, number of items, and exchange rate according to the post office EMS international shipping standard table. Shipping costs are included in the final payment amount.

-Delivery and insurance amount are charged differently depending on the recipient country, and are automatically set at the time of payment.

*International shipments may be subject to import duties, duties and customs fees, and all related charges shall be borne by the buyer 

주소나 옵션을 변경할 수 있나요?

-주문 취소, 상품 옵션 교환 혹은 배송지 수정 등의 요청은 배송전에만 가능하며 배송 시작 후에는 모든 처리가 불가합니다.

-배송 전 취소 시 결제 수단으로 환불됩니다. 

-출고전에만 주소나 옵션 변경이 가능합니다.

Can I cancel or exchange before delivery?

-Requests such as order cancellation, product option exchange, or shipping address modification can only be made prior to delivery, and cannot be processed once the delivery begins.

-Cancellations prior to delivery will be refunded by your payment method.

-Address or options can only be changed prior to shipment.

*OWN FEATURE COLOUR.OFC overseas delivery cannot be exchanged/returned once the product has been received, so please make careful purchase decisions.

-상품 페이지 내 '배송예정일' 탭에서 차수 별 출고 일정을 확인하실 수 있습니다. 확인 후 주문 부탁드립니다.

-프리오더 주문의 경우 상품 페이지에 기재된 배송 예정일을 확인 부탁드립니다.

-각 상품별 배송 일정을 확인 후 주문 부탁드리며, 배송 일정은 상품별로 변동 사항이 생길 수 있어 정확한 날짜로 안내가 어려운 점 양해 부탁드립니다.

-상품 페이지 내 기재된 배송예정일보다 지연되는 경우 이메일로 별도 안내 예정입니다.

*이미 배송이 시작된 주문은 환불이 절대 불가하며 출고 후 배송 문의는 자국의 택배사 혹은 EMS 송장번호 조회 가능합니다. 

*해외배송의 경우 합배송으로 진행되기 때문에 시간이 소요되며 출고 후 국가마다 배송 기간이 다르므로 주문 전 확인 부탁드립니다.

*평균 배달 소요일이 배달 보장일을 의미하지 않으며, 같은 국가라 하더라도 통관, 운송망 일정 등에 따라 배달 소요일이 단축되거나 길어질 수 있습니다.

Average delivery time

- Delivery schedules may differ and is stated under the “Delivery Schedule” tab within the product page. Please place an order after confirming the delivery date.

-For pre-order orders, please check the delivery date listed on the product page. 

-Please place an order after checking the delivery schedule for each product, and please understand that it is difficult to guide you to an exact date as the delivery schedule may change for each product. 

-If delivery is delayed beyond the estimated delivery date listed on the product page, a separate notification will be sent via email.

* Orders that have already begun shipping cannot be cancelled/refunded and for post-shipment inquiries, you must verify them through domestic delivery service or EMS tracking numbers.

* For overseas shipments, delivery will begin once all products have arrived from warehousing. Delivery period may vary for each country, so please check before placing an order.

* The average delivery time does not mean that it is guaranteed. Delivery period may be shortened or extended depending on the customs clearance and transportation network schedules.
